Dawn

Here is dawn in a preliminary stage. Normally I try to block in the main shapes and colors. I do use grids in my work, but if you look at it, in a way I am drawing lot and lots of free hand drawings within those squares. Unless I make an even smaller grid for my grid! Wow I just blew my mind.

Here is where I have the real fun. Once the boundaries of this world are established I am free to chose colors and textures and just go at it. I strive to create emotion on the canvus.
